Loaded Pulled pork fries

Ive had this 3 times now and love it , I cant wait to use a smoked butt from my other recipes and add it to this with the fries & other toppings. But the original recipe for a slow cooker is below. I think this with a smoked butt will be very good 😌. ( also a kid pleaser meal I take out what they dont like I have one who dont like the green onion what I think makes this dish even better, and one that don’t like sour cream, so I leave that stuff instead of putting it all over like you should and just plate it all separately to ppls likings . Just a little side note)

Add pork shoulder, root beer, bbq, in slow cooker. Cook for 8-10 hrs on low.

Shred pork, cook fries according to package directions (I cook my fries in the oven on a baking sheet make step 3 easier that way.)

Layer pork and cheese on top of fries return to oven for 4-10 minutes until cheese is melted garnish with sliced onions and sour cream serve salad
