Today, let's make restaurant-style Paneer Tikka with a spicy chutney, perfect for a chili-themed meal. I made this in a grill pan, but you can also use a tandoor.
Steps

Chutney --- Add all chutney ingredients to a blender. Add lemon juice, cumin seeds, and salt, then blend into a smooth chutney. Transfer to a bowl.

Salad --- Combine cabbage, tomato, onion, and bell pepper. Add salt, red chili powder, lemon juice, and cilantro, then mix well.

Tikka --- Cut paneer, onion, and bell peppers into square pieces. Dry roast the chickpea flour.

Marinade --- In a mixing bowl, add yogurt, roasted chickpea flour, and all marinade ingredients. Add lemon juice and mix well.

Add the paneer, bell peppers, and onion to the marinade and coat well. Let it rest for 30 minutes.

Thread the marinated paneer, onion, and bell peppers onto skewers in sequence. Heat a grill pan and grease it with butter or oil.

Place the skewers on the pan and grill on medium heat, turning occasionally until cooked evenly.

Transfer to a serving dish and serve hot with chutney and salad.
