  1. Banga
  2. Iru
  3. Leave (sent leave and oziza)
  4. Pepper
  5. Fish
  6. Meat
  7. Pomo
  8. Cryfish

Steps

30 minutes
  1. 1

    Wash your banga and put on the fire allow to boil for like 3 mins then remove it

  2. 2

    Put the Boiled Banga into a mortal pound then extract the oil

  3. 3

    Put the juice in the pot then you add your leave (sent leave and oziza leave)then add your Maggi,meat, crayfish,Pomo,fish,and locust beans

  4. 4

    Allow it to boil till it get thick then add your salt

  5. 5

    Ready to be served with pounded yam or akpu
