Ingredients

10 servings
  • 2 3/4 cupsself-rising flour (350 grams)
  • 1 2/3 cupswater (400 grams)
  • 12 ozfeta cheese, crumbled (350 grams)
  • 1/3 cupolive oil
  • Freshly ground black pepper

  1. 1

    Preheat the oven to 350°F (180°C) with the fan on, and set the rack to the upper-middle position.

  2. 2

    In a large bowl, combine all the ingredients except the feta. Stir with a spoon until well mixed.

  3. 3

    Add the crumbled feta to the mixture and stir again to combine.

  4. 4

    Line a baking pan with parchment paper and spread the mixture evenly on top. Drizzle a little olive oil over the top (you can also sprinkle a bit of semolina on top if you like).

  5. 5

    Bake for 40–45 minutes, until golden brown. Let cool before serving.
