My Crispy Kale and Red Cabbage Salad with Feta cheese 💚
This had an amazing flavour I will be making this more often. Tastes like crispy seaweed and I love that in chinese restaurants. 🥰🥰 #seasonal

Preheat oven 180°C

In a bowl add a little oil 1/2 tbls. Then add the sea salt and add the kale mix around and coat all the kale.

Next using parchment paper on a flat tray spread out the kale and place in the middle of the oven for 10 minutes do not burn.p¹1

2 tbls pickled red cabbage drain the excess pickle juice off the cabbage on kitchen roll. Slice the feta cheese into squares.

Bring the crispy kale out of the oven and add to a bowl
- 6
Mix the red cabbage and feta cheese in the kale and add a squirt of lemon juice mix then serve and enjoy.
