In a small bowl combine sugar water and yeast and leave it for 10 minutes.

In bowl take all the ingredients for dough and add the fermented water and knead it for 10 minutes. Now add oil and let it rest for an hour.

Now add all spices, and resins. Make bun out of dough and let it rest for 10 mins.

Make a thick slurry from all-purpose flour and sugar.

Make a cross with the help of slurry on bun and bake it for 20 mins on 180 degree Celsius.
