I didn't have enough whey to make Lemon Milk Jello, so I made this simple drink instead.

Strain the yogurt overnight or at least for more than 8 hours to extract the whey. Around half of the weight of the yoghurt is whey, so you should have about 120 g. To strain, I put the yogurt in a strainer lined with a coffee filter over a container.

Just mix the whey and the rest of the ingredients together! Alter the quantities to make it as sweet or sour as you like. Serve in a glass.
