Heat a thick bottom pan and start boiling milk.

Take the Custard powder in a bowl and add 1 tablespoon boiled milk in it and mix thoroughly.

Add the Custard powder mix to the boiling mix and keep whisking continuously. as soon as it starts thickening, switch off the stove and let the Custard cool down.

In the meanwhile, make the rose milk by adding approximately 2 tablespoon rose syrup in the 2 cups milk. You can adjust the syrup quantity as per your liking.

Take the 1 cup water and the Sabja seeds to bloom. It will take around 5mins to bloom.

Now to assemble the custard falooda, take your glass or bowl, add the some custard,then add rose syrup and 2scoops of ice cream. Garnish with Sabja seeds and gulkand and nuts and drizzle some rose syrup on the top.

Usually sugar coated cherries or jelly is added to falooda, but I added my homemade gulkand this time.

Serve chilled.
