Take all the above ingredients.First remove the 1/2kg carrot skin and Screw it.then take a pan and pour 1tea spoon ghee and after the ghee is hot and Put Required quantity of cashew nuts and dried yellow grapes roasted in a fry pan.
Put a half litre of milk boil in the bowl.

Take a pan and add 3Tea Spoon ghee.after the ghee is hot in a fry pan and add Screwed carrots and just 2 or 3 mins still fry golden color changing. And pour the half litre boiled milk and cook well.
Then add 1 Table spoon ghee.still mix and finally add 300gram sugar then still mix it in fry pan.

Finally Garnishing some cashew nuts on top of the carrot halwa....
