In summer I love to make different vadiyalu or vadis. This is a simple vadi which goes bhi well with sambar. After drying we can store in airtight container

Take water in a vessel and boil. Add rice flour to 2glasses of water mix and add to the boiling water. Stir continuously. Add chilli powder and salt, jeera. Once the mixture condenses switch off the flame. Let the mixture cool. Then spread plastic sheet in sun and with a spoon drop the cooled mixture n fill the sheet

In 2days vadis will come off the sheet. Or you can turn them. Sun dry for another 2 days. Store them in an airtight container.
