Cooking Instructions

Sort spinach leaves and washed with a good amount of water.(I am using strainer for washing.Now chopped spinach
transfer in a vessel and add a half cup of water in it.
Boil it 2to 3 minutes with an open lid.stir while boiling two to three times.
Switch off flame and cool it down.

Take a karahi or pan.
Add ½ tsp of ghee.
Add soya chunks and roast them for 2 to 3 minute on medium flame.
While roast stir continuously

Now transfer chunks in a bowl full of water.
Dip them in the water to become soften.
keep it aside.(it will take time)

Now take 1 tsp ghee in the same vessel.Add roughly chopped onions and saute till it becomes translucent.
Add ginger and garlic cloves and again sautefor seconds.
flame should be medium
Add tomatoes in it and mix well.saute till it becomes little softer.switch off the flame and let it cool down.

Now add onion tomato mixture and boiled spinach together in a mixture jar to grind.
Make a smooth paste.
keep it aside.

Method of Gravy
Add 1 tbsp ghee in a karhahi or pan.
Add hing and zeera into it.
let the zeera crack.
Add red chilli powder.
Immediately add spinach paste in it.
Mix well
cook for 1 to 2 minutes
drain water of chunks and squeeze them to take out water.
add them in the gravy.
Give a good mix.

Cook for 1 to 2 minutes.
Add salt and garam masala powder.
mix well
Add cream in it.
Mix well.
switch off flame after seconds.
Ready to serve.
I am serving this dish with chapati
