Beat the eggs and sugar till the mixture turns creamy

Add oil and milk and mix

Sieve maida, coconut and baking powder and mix in to the liquid mixture

Add vanilla essence and mix lightly.

Pour 2tablespoon of batter in to cup cake moulds. Place a small aluminum foil paper in to the cake batter and press gently.

Now pour some beans into the foil paper. This will help to create the bowl or nest shape while baking

Bake @ 160°C for 25-35 mins. Check in 15mins interval.

Check with a toothpick or clean knife. Clear toothpick means the cake is baked properly.

Cool them down and then take out the beans and the aluminum foil paper

Beans can be reused for the same baking purpose again.

Now pour some melted chocolate inside the cake nest and add chocolate eggs in it.

Sprinkle some sprinklers or chocolate shavings.

Easter nests are ready.
