Take a water in a bowl and boil it,add the fresh palak leave into the water and allow to boil for sometime.when it cools,blend it in a mixer and make a fine paste.

Take a pan,add oil and saute the pieces of paneer and saute till it turns light brown. Remove it in plate and keep aside

Add oil in same pan,add bay leaf, add cumin seed,add onion qnd saute till it is golden brown add chopped tomato and cook well till oil seprates from side,add green chilli ginger garlic paste, add haldi,salt as per taste and water as needed to make gravy,and cook till all masalas are mixed properly and oul seprates from sides

When the gravy is cooked properly add paneer and mix it gently and cook for 5 to 6 min.Your palak paneer is ready,you can add fresh cream on it.Serve it with hot paratha or fulka roti.
