#joy
Joy has come to end with a satisfactory Joyful feeling.no locks missed ,no delays yet this last topic has its own story rather.as strawberry season is also coming to end together with joy so I thought to say goodbye to both with this lovely & by far the most easy jam recipe,it can last long without artifical preservative as I have used lemon juice which is a natural pectin source that helps the jam set up & also helps prevent bacterial growth.joy has proven similar to strawberries to me ,sweet & tangy at sametime, beauty to eyes and freshness to taste.as in some weeks I have found it a bit difficult to post particularly when I was gone for umrah & some weeks prove to be piece of cake.every week there are lovely pictures & tasteful recipes to try on.Joy has been the best companion in hard times of lockdown as while sitting idly at home I hv done some good work, learned a lot, made new friends & won tooo.presenting my freshly strawberry jam bidding farewell to joyful joy!!!! May we all found joy in our lives Ameen 😊🙂🥰
