Besan boondi raita
Steps

Take gram flour in a container and add water and make a fine paste.

Add 1 spn oil and a pinch of soda.
- 3
Heat oil in a pain and start friying once oil is in good temperature.

After all Boondi is ready soak in 1 cup warm water for 10 minutes.

Drain off the Boondi and squeeze off the water gently. keep aside.

In bowl take 1 cup curd, whisk and mix making sure a smooth silky consistency curd is attained.

Add 1/4 tspn red chilli powder, 1/2 tspn cumin powder and 1/2 tspn black salt.

Add 1/2 spn salt,2spn coriander leaves and 1/2 tspn sugar
- 9
Add in soaked boondi and mix well.
