  • 2 cupscheeni
  • 1 tspbhona crushed zeera
  • 1 tspkala namak
  • 1 tsplal mirch powder(optional)
  • 2 cupspani

  1. 1

    Subse phele imli ko pani me bhigo dein for 3 hours aur overnight ta ke wo ache se soft hojaye.

    Ab seeds alag kar lein aur pulp alag.

  3. 3

    Ab ek pateeli me imli ka pulp cheeni aur baki ke ingre dal ke slow flame pe pakne rakh dein.

  4. 4

    Halki anch pe hi ye pak pak ke thick hojayegi.beech me spoon chalatay rahen.

  5. 5

    Jab ache se pak jaye aur medium thick hojaye to stove se hatha lein aur thanda hone dein.

  6. 6

    Saaf bottle me dal ke save karen.fridge pe rakhen ya bahar ye kharab nahi hoti.bus humesha nikalte hue dry spoon use karen aur mazay karen.
