  • 6large irish potatoes
  • 1 teaspoonturmeric
  • 3/4 teaspoonsalt
  • Oil

Steps

  1. 1

    Peel your potatoes and wash them well

  2. 2

    Slice into fries shapes

  3. 3

    Sprinkle salt and turmeric...mix thoroughly

  4. 4

    In a non-stick pan...add in oil..
    Let it heat until it's hot...
    Deep fry your potatoes until crunchy...

  5. 5

    Enjoy 😊
