Easy Pancake with Yogurt (in a Rice Cooker)

I've wanted to make pancakes without eggs. So I referred toSoy Milk Pancakes and modified it with yogurt.
You don't need to sift the dry ingredients during Step 1, since whisking it works even better!
My rice cooker is capable of cooking 5 rice cooker cups. Recipe by Hanamichi

Cooking Instructions
- 1
Combine cake flour, baking powder, and sugar in the bowl of rice cooker. Whisk until lumps are gone.
- 2
Add plain yogurt and change to a rubber spatula and cut in the mixture.
- 3
Drop the bowl a couple of times to flatten the surface. Set it in the rice cooker, and turn on the switch.
- 4
When it has finished cooking, it's done. (It's already cooked though the color is lighter.)
- 5
Put a toothpick between the cake and bowl and trace around the cake. Turn the bowl over the plate.
- 6
Enjoy fluffy cake right after baking, or cut beautifully after cooling as you like.
- 7
Serving with jam, sauce, or syrup is also good.

Yogurt Steamed Bread with Pancake Mix in a Frying Pan Yogurt Steamed Bread with Pancake Mix in a Frying Pan
I usually use milk to make plain steamed bread, but the result was too soggy when I added extra yogurt into that recipe. So, I tried using yogurt on its own instead of mixing it with milk.To prevent the hot water splashing onto the bread, be extra careful with the amount of water you use. Also take care when you're removing it from the pan. You can prevent the hot water from dripping if you double the liners (or place muffin cups inside), in which case you'd only need to lift out the cups inside. I thought of this after seeing fried bread on TV that used yogurt.Try to use a 700-800 ml microwaveable dish. Banana Yogurt Steamed Bread Made with Pancake Mix Banana Yogurt Steamed Bread Made with Pancake Mix
I had a black banana that I forgot for a while and leftover yogurt in the fridge. I thought they should be ok once they are cooked, so I made steamed bread using them and pancake mix. It turned out light and mildly sweet.I used 12 small cups this time, and I steamed them for 7 minutes, but if you are using larger cups, increase the steaming time. Insert a bamboo skewer to make sure it's cooked through. The amount of banana is approximate. You can replace the milk with yogurt. Recipe by Karian cookpad.japan -
Puffy Rice Flour Pancakes Puffy Rice Flour Pancakes
I uploaded a different recipe for rice flour pancakes, but when those cooled, they didn't taste very good so I came up with a new recipe. This time they taste great when freshly made and when cooled. You can also taste the sweetness of the rice flour.Since rice flour doesn't form lumps easily, you don't need to sift it. If you feel that they will be too chewy, you can adjust with 5-10 g of milk. Rice Flour Pancakes Rice Flour Pancakes
I had a lot of rice flour and wanted to come up with a new rice flour recipe. I recommend this recipe to people on macrobiotic diets or children with allergies because it doesn't use eggs or milk. Please adjust the amount of soy milk according to the rice flour, because the amount of moisture absorbed depends on the type of rice flour you have. You can cook these just like regular pancakes. The kabocha powder is for color and may be omitted. We don't have honey or syrup around, so these pancakes are relatively sweet on their own.
