Take big deep broad cooking dish and boil beef bones

When bones boil so water discard it n keep aside bones

Take same cooking dish put oil and add onion till brown add beef boneless cook 3 min

Add ginger garlic paste cook 2-3 min. then add all spice cook 5 min

Add water and cover till boneless cooked

After beef boneless done so let it bhonify and add beef bones cook 5 to 10min

Add little water and bhonofy again add little amount water again bhonify apply three time same step

Last add yogurt.. but before adding let it stove flame slow and add yogurt cook 4 min

Last add three glass of water and cook 25 min

When beef paya is thick layer
turn off flame - 11
Serve with nann and garnish coriander mint leave and spread it green chili, ginger thin long cutting plus lemon..
