Take a mixing jar, add all the given ingredients of green paste.

Grind it to a fine puree. keep aside.

Strain the rice. keep aside.

Take a heavy bottom pan, add ghee, heat it

Add tejpata, choti Elaichi & dalchini, saute it for a sec.

Now add garlic, stir fry it until rawness is released.

Add onion, stir fry it till translucent.

Add all the peppers & peas, saute it for a minute.

Now add rice & salt, moderate the flame, stir fry it for 5 minutes.

Add green paste & garam masala powder b, stir fry it for 5 minutes.

Add 1 1/2 cup water, increase the flame, give a stir.

Give a boil. Lower the flame, cover it with the lid, cook it till done. Do not stir in between.

Switch off the flame, open the lid after 5 minutes.

Take out in a serving bowl, garnish it with dhania twig.
