Steps

Cut and wash your vegetables then steam with hot water for about 10-30 minutes
Also you can steam your meat, fish, kitchen etc - 2
Make scrambled eggs using a tablespoon of oil. The goal is to reduce the calories....you can use more oil if you wish

Add about 2 tablespoon of red oil, just to give it that red-like color....you can add more oil if you wish

Add your fish and meat with the water used for steaming the meat then allow it to boil for about 5 minutes
You can also add crayfish,assorted or kpomo.....you can add any animal of your choice(wink) - 5
Drain and add the vegetables allow it to boil for about 10 minutes
Note: you can use pumpkin leaf(ugu) for this recipe - 6
Our soup is ready....you can eat it with any swallow of your choice....mind you, you can still cook this recipe without fish or meat....your egg is sufficient for you.....
