Ingredients

  • 1 tbspgoji berries
  • stripsSome Ginger
  • 1 tspoyster sauce dilute in water
  • 1 packwatercress
  • 3 piecesgarlic minced

Steps

  1. 1

    Soak goji berries in water until soft then drain and wash and set aside.

  2. 2

    Wash watercress then soak in salted water for 15 mins then wash again.

  3. 3

    Heat pan then.pour oil. Saute ginger then the garlic.Next is the watercress mix well then.put in oyster sauce, goji berries and a little water mix well and cover. Cook until done
