Teriyaki Chicken with Cheese and Eggs

Teriyaki chicken wasn't satisfying enough for me, so wrapped the chicken with a boiled egg and cheese for a spin.

Butterfly the chicken breast, and sprinkle with salt and pepper. Boil the egg.

Place the cheese slice and boiled egg on top of chicken, and wrap.

Tie with the kitchen string lengthwise and crosswise, then fry both sides until golden brown.

When browned, add the teriyaki sauce. Simmer over low heat until it becomes brown and juicy.
