A Potato Salad Christmas Tree

I made this for a party last year and it was really popular.

I think every family has their own potato salad recipe, so I didn't post it.
For this tree, I made a simple potato, carrot and ham salad.
The broccoli is the tree, the potato salad is the snow, and the tomatoes are the tree lights! Recipe by Kyu-pi-hausu

Decorate the top with the whole cherry tomato. Decorating the tree with boiled carrots or yellow bell peppers cut out into star shapes is cute too.
