Here I have tried making a very simple and healthy smoothie for my daughter when she had her new braces put and had lot of difficulty in eating food. So this kind of puréed food was easy for her to eat and nutritious with the goodness of fruits and nuts .

Here I have tried making a very simple and healthy smoothie for my daughter when she had her new braces put and had lot of difficulty in eating food. So this kind of puréed food was easy for her to eat and nutritious with the goodness of fruits and nuts .

Take a blender and add in the cubes of papaya, banana slices, almonds and grind them to a smooth paste. Here I have used 1/2 of this Nendrapazhyam /Banana (it’s a Kerala variety banana). If you wish add sugar, I didn’t add as the papaya were sweet enough.

Add water as per need and bring it to the required consistency. Mix well and pour into the desired bowl or serving glass.

Serve immediately and enjoy it fresh.
