Take moong dal flour and rice flour in a mixing bowl.

Add ginger-chilli paste, cumin seeds and salt as per taste.
Add buttermilk and water (if required) and whisk it. - 3
Since it’s an instant Dosa no need to let it rest.

Gently mix batter before pouring it
Now on medium hot tawa pour the batter with a ladle and gently spread it..

Sprinkle a few drops of oil on the sides of the dosa as well.

When the base is golden and crisp grate cheese over it.

Serve hot instant cheesy dosa with coconut chutney
