Chicken Tikka Tandoori is one of the most popular non-veg foods at Mumbai's Juhu Chowpatty.

First, wash the chicken thoroughly and set aside in a bowl.

Add the yogurt, red chili powder, turmeric powder, coriander powder, salt, ginger-garlic-green chili paste, oil, dried fenugreek leaves, and chicken 65 spice mix. Mix well to coat the chicken. Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours.

Heat oil in a grill pan over high heat. Once hot, place the marinated chicken leg pieces in the pan. Reduce to medium heat and cook for about 15 minutes, turning occasionally, until golden brown on all sides. Remove to a plate.

Repeat with the remaining chicken. Serve hot, wrapped in foil if desired. Your delicious Chicken Tandoori is ready. Serve with cabbage and onion salad.
