  • 1 cupicing sugar
  • 1/2 cuppowdered milk
  • 1egg
  • 1 Tspbaking powder
  • 1Tspn vanilla essence

    Mix butter until it becomes fluffy and light, Add in icing sugar and beat

  2. 2

    Add egg, milk and vanilla essence and mix gently

  3. 3

    Add flour and baking powder and mix

  4. 4

    Shape and bake and serve with hot coffee
