3 Minute Cookies

I remembered the cookies I had made a long time ago, and created this easy recipe.
This is great, easy and delicious.
A little packet of pancake mix is 200 g, and a block of margarine for baking is 100 g, so if you are using them, you don't need to measure!
All you need to do is mix and bake. It's an easy recipe. Recipe by Rinchanzu mama

Cooking Instructions
- 1
Microwave the butter for 20 seconds at 500 W.
- 2
Mix well.
- 3
Add the egg, and mix some more (It's ok if the mixture separates a little.)
- 4
Add the pancake mix.
- 5
Mix until it's no longer floury.
- 6
Break the chocolate bar into pieces, and add to the bowl.
- 7
Mix some more.
- 8
Form into balls with your palms and flatten. If they are not perfectly round, they look like American homemade cookies, and look delicious.
- 9

Easy!! Crunchy!! 3 Minute Cookies Easy!! Crunchy!! 3 Minute Cookies
I was thinking that I just can't wait 20 minutes to eat the cookies.Microwave for 3 minutes, let them cool, and they'll be so crunchy!!If you eat them right away, they'll be soft!!You can enjoy them in 2 ways, but the crunchy version tastes the best!!If they are still slightly soft after they have cooled, just microwave for a little bit longer But don't cook them for too long or the centers will burn. Quick and Easy Cookies with 3 ingredients Quick and Easy Cookies with 3 ingredients
I had a sudden craving for cookies, so tried to make them with ingredients I had on hand.As this recipe does not call for eggs, the dough might be difficult to handle. When rolling out the dough, place the dough between 2 sheets of plastic wrap, and cut it out on top of the plastic wrap. If cutting out the dough is troublesome, you could just shape them into balls with your hands. You could use margarine instead of butter, but the dough tends to get crumbly, making it more difficult to cut out. Recipe by Orenjiringu cookpad.japan -

No matter how you make them they will turn out delicious Don't burn them too much. Check on them as they cook. Recipe by Pinkushushu cookpad.japan -
Chocolate Cookies with 5-Minute Dough Chocolate Cookies with 5-Minute Dough
I modified "Easy 5-Minute Dough for Crunchy Shortbread",, to include more cocoa powder and give it a richer, more chocolatey flavour. The chocolate flavour is so rich that I decided to half the amount made. They may look like ice box cookies, but this cookie dough only contains 30 g butter. Be careful not to add too much egg. Of course you can still make these cookies deliciously the normal way by creaming the butter and sugar, adding the egg, and folding in the flour. Feel free to cut the dough out with cutters too. Easy Shortbread Cookies Easy Shortbread Cookies
I revised a shortbread recipe, which I used to bake in a café in Canada. It's such an easy ratio of ingredients, so once you bake these cookies, you can make them without looking at the recipe. Feel free to adjust the amount of the ingredients as well. They can be made in 20 minutes!Once you have flipped the baking pan, keep an eye on the cookies so that they don't burn. Take the baking pan out of the oven when the cookies are light brown on the edges, and cook through with the residual heat. I recommend using butter for this recipe since they result in a richer and tastier cookie. Recipe by LazyHata cookpad.japan -
American-Style Cookies in 20 Minutes American-Style Cookies in 20 Minutes
I wanted to make easy American-style cookies, so tried playing around with my Grandma's recipe. The cookies may seem too soft when you take them out of the oven, but this is what makes them so delicious! If you find yourself thinking 'hm, these still seem a bit undercooked', that's when you should take them out – you'll see what I mean once they cool down (takes about 10 minutes).
