Firstly cut the potatoes in pieces.In a kadhai add oil and cumin seeds.cook for few seconds.

Then add all the spices and mix it.

Now add potatoes and stir well.cook them for 2-3 minutes.

Dry Potatoes are ready to serve with chapati.

Serve hot.
