Steps

Heat oil in a pan, add in the garlic pods, shallots, red chillies and salt. Saute till the raw smell leaves.

Add little water. Cover the pan and cook till the garlic and shallots cooked soft.

Remove from heat. Let it cool completely and blend them coarsely or finely.
- 4
Heat oil in the same pan, add all the ingredients under to tamper. Saute for a minute and pour into the blended mixture.

Garlic Chutney is ready to serve.
