In a pan melt butter and add chicken cook until it changes the colour add garlic and sauté for a while than add flour and combine well.

Now add milk and mix well to form a sauce if your sauce is too thick and little water and than add rest of ing in it.

Cover it and Cook for few min till chicken done (we don’t want the better to saucy)than set aside.

In a large bowl add flour,salt,pepper and mixed herbs in another bowl beat egg and milk separately.

Combine flour and milk and gradually add water and make a better than add butter and beat until smooth.

Heat lightly oiled pan over med high heat,pour 1/2 cup of the better onto it. Tilt the pan into a circular motion so that the better coats the pan evenly.

Cook the crepes for 2 min until the side is become golden flip and cook another side.

Place your crape on flat surface and add some filling on it and fold it into all sides and make a square parcel.

Yummy chicken mushroom crepes is ready to serve 😋
