In a bowl add gram flour, chili flakes, red chili powder, salt, chopped coriander seeds, cumin seeds, turmeric powder and baking soda then mix it well,

Now add water Gradually and make a paste,

Now break spinach stick and dip it on gram flour paste, Then fry it on heated oil until it become golden,

Delicious Crispy Palak ke pakory is ready, serve it with tomato ketchup and yoghurt.
