Steps

In a pan add 2 cup of water and add chopped raw mango.boil it for 10 mins till mango get cooked.
- In a another pan add oil, asafoetida, Fenugreek seeds, bay leaf and dried chilli.
- Now add boiled mango, achari masal md jaggery. Mix it well..cover it for 2 to 3 mins..your tangy and yummy subji is ready...
