  • 3-4potatoes
  • 1/2-1carrot
  • 1/2-1Japanese cucumber
  • 1/2-1onion
  • Seasonings
  • 1/2 teaspoonor more black pepper
  • 1 teaspoonsalt
  • 4 tablespoonsmayonnaise
  • 1 teaspoonmustard
  • 1 teaspoonvinegar
  • 1/2 tablespoonsugar

Steps

40-45 minutes
  1. 1

    Boil or steam the potatoes and carrots for about 20 minutes (peel them first).

    Once the potatoes are cooked, mash them using a potato masher or fork until they break apart.

    Season with a little salt and pepper, and mix well.

  4. 4

    Add 3-4 tablespoons of mayonnaise and 1 teaspoon of mustard.

    Dice the Japanese cucumber and onion, and add them to the potato mixture.

    Then add a little vinegar and sugar, and mix everything together. It's ready to serve.
