Steps

Firstly, sabudana in enough water for 3 hours or till it gets mashed up easily. depending on quality of sabudana increase or decrease the soaking time.

Drain off the sabudana well in a strainer.

Further transfer the soaked and drained sabudana into a large mixing bowl.

Add in 1 large boiled and grated potato.

Also add chopped chilli, coriander leaves, cumin powder, and salt to taste.

Combine, mix and mash well with your hand. Make sure to form a dough. make sure to form a dough.

Now prepare small flat vada.

Now deep fry vada upon medium hot oil until becomes golden brown.

Finally, serve sabudana vada with coriander chutney.
