Add the dry ingredients first into a bowl - flour, sugar, cinnamon powder and margarine

Add the eggs, milk and vanilla essence. Whisk until well done. (Depending on how you want your pancakes you can add more milk or water to make it thin, I like mine thick though.)

Put low heat on your cooker, place pan and add 1 tbs of cooking oil.

Add the pancake mix, cook on one side until until it browns then turn. (Bubbles and holes means that it's cooking till the inside)

Serve with hot tea or a side of guacamole
