  • 1 tspLemon tea
  • 1small piece of cinnamon stick
  • 1/4 piecefresh apple 🍎
  • 1 tsphoney 🍯

    Boil the water. Add lemon green tea and cook for 3 minutes.

    Then add cinnamon stick and fresh apple slices.

    Cover it and cook for 10 minutes.

    Strain the tea with the help of strainer.

    Add honey and mix well.
