  • 4 cupsbeans
  • Onion
  • Bonnet
  • Maggi
  • Curry
  • Cray fish
  • Palm oil
  • Salt
  • Garlic and ginger paste

Steps

  1. 1

    Soak the beans and remove the skins

  2. 2

    Wash and add bonnet,cray fish and onion then blend until smooth

  3. 3

    Pour the batter and add curry salt garlic and ginger paste,palm oil and mix all together

  4. 4

    Pour the batter in leather and tie

  5. 5

    Steam for 30 mins
