Take a curd in a bowl mix besan and 1/2cup water blend with blender make sure no lump found.

For tadka:- Take a ghee in a pan add bay leaf cardamom cinnemon stick cloves mustard seeds fenugreek seeds cumin seeds curry patta and asofoetida now add 1cup water and bring it to boil add ginger paste chilli paste and coursly grinded masala. Stir and cook 2-3min.

Now add curd mixture and mix properly. Add 1/2cup water again to adjust consistancy. Add salt and stir cook on a slow flame for 5-7min.Ready toserve.

Tasty delicious Gujarati kadhi is ready to serve. Garnish with curry patta
