Do not deep fry them, bht oily hojate hain.. I always shallow fry them.

10 slicesfresh bread
Halfcup of bread crumbs
1egg
2medium sized potatoes
2Chopped onion
2green chillies
Handful of coriander leaves
Halftsp salt
Halftsp chat masala
2lemons

Make the mixture of potatoes by boiling them.. And adding Chopped onion, Hara masala. Squeeze lemons in it.. And and salt and chat masala

Now add the masala in to bread squeeze it with palm and pack it with tapping with water

Shallow fry it in a pan

Slowly flip it over and wait for proper fry

Serve it with sauce.
