No-Knead bread
A quick one for when you're feeling a bit lazy to Knead
Steps
- 1
Into a bowl, add in all the dry ingredients and mix thoroughly.
- 2
Pour in the milk and melted butter and stir it to mix. Set the dough in a warm area to rise for about 1 hour until double it'd size.
- 3
Cut the dough into pieces that will fill half the baking tray(s) you have available.
I used four small baking tins for this recipe (what I had available). - 4
In a warm area, proof the bread to rise for 45 minutes.
- 5
Once proofed. Brush the top with an egg wash and bake in the oven at 190 degree Celsius for 45 minutes.
- 6
Once cooked through and through, glaze some butter on the top when still hot. Let it cool and enjoy !
