2 cupsWhite channay boiled
1/2 cupyoghurt
salt to taste
Papri store bought
Sev store bought

In a pot soak channay with water and soda.

Boil until they are soft but not mushy.

In yoghurt add salt and beat well.

Assembling: Now add cholay in serving dish, add yoghurt, imli chutney, green chutney, sev and papri.

Serve with dahi baray and enjoy
