Summer brings back the delicious taste and magic of mango in its different forms. This chatpata Mango Cucumber Panna is so tasty and refreshing that you feel like drinking it every day. Ideal thirst quencher and refresher for Summer with the goodness of kairi (raw mango) and crunchy Kakdi ( cucumber)!
I have recreated the recipe by fellow author Deepa Haswani ji with some tweaks and the result was amazing!

Ideal thirst quencher and refresher for Summer with the goodness of kairi (raw mango) and crunchy Kakdi ( cucumber)!

Steps

First, pressure cook or microwave the washed raw Mangoes till soft. Cool them completely.

Blend the cucumber with 1/2 cup water and run it in the mixer till you get a fine thick juice. Strain it and keep chilled.

Remove seed and skins of raw mangoes and scoop out the pulp. Add all the spice powders and sugar to it and mix well. Add a few drops of green food colour if you like for better look.

Then add the cucumber juice and mix well. Blend this in mixer till you get a smooth creamy mixture. Aam panna concentrate is ready. Refrigerate it in a tightly covered glass container.
Tip: To store it longer, add 1 tsp table white vinegar and mix well. Then store it - 5
To serve, take serving glasses. Coat the rims with cucumber and salt. Add half quantity of aam panna and half quantity of chilled water. Sprinkle a pinch of extra chaat masala and serve delicious Mango Cucumber Panna to everyone!
