I prepared this green sabudana (Tapioca) pudding. This type of small green colour sago pearls are available in Thailand, originally.
Steps

Dissolve sago pearls in water for 8 minutes. The will swell up.

Mix cream, sugar, salt and milk in a saucepan. Add the dissolved sago.

Heat the sauce pan and bring to boil stiring continuously till the pudding come to a thick consistency.

Bring down and allow to cool naturally.

Grease the mould and drop pudding into each mould. Garnish with chopped almonds and raisins. Refrigerate for an hour. De-mould and serve delicious sago pudding.
