  1. 1Asian sweet potato
  2. 1 tbspHoney
  3. 2 tbspKatakuriko
  4. 1 dashSalt
  5. 1 dashButter

Cooking Instructions

    Peel off the skin of the sweet potato.

    Slice into 1cm-thick round slices and soak in water for 15 minutes to remove any scum.

  3. 3

    Steam, boil, or soften the slices in the microwave. Then, place them in a bowl and mash them up. Add the katakuriko, honey and salt. Mix together.

    Form your dumplings into any shape. Heat some butter in a frying pan, brown both sides, and they're done!
