Steps

Sautee garlic shallots peppercorn by leaf until aromatic.Then add carrots and potatoes stir fry.Then add whole chicken.Cook it and pour light and dark soy suce sprite and the last is rock sugar.Mix well and cover.Cook it for 35 mins
