This is a thick Junagadh-style lassi that you eat with a spoon instead of drinking.

First, strain the yogurt by hanging it in a cotton cloth to remove the water and make it thick.

Add the ice cubes and powdered sugar to the thick yogurt and beat well until smooth.

Take some of the mixture in a bowl, then add the mango puree to the remaining mixture and beat well.

Pour the mango lassi into a glass, then add the plain lassi on top, and layer again if desired. Finally, top with dry fruits.

The lassi is ready to serve.
