Heat oil in a wok add garam masala (clove, cinnamon, bay leaf, cumin seeds, cardamom pods) and onion fry till it becomes translucent add garlic, green chillies ginger and saute.

Add tomatoes and salt and saute for 1 minute then add garam masala powder, black pepper,red chili,curd and cook for 2 min on low flame.

Saute and add soyabean chunks and cover the wok with a lid and cook for another 5 minutes on low flame.

In another pan add water,rice and salt give it a boil and low the flame cook until rice is done.let it cool.

Mix the rice in the wok containing soyabean and cover the lid.

Your delicious meal is ready to serve with raita and salad.
