Ingredients

  1. 1 LMilk
  2. as requiredKesar Pista mix dry fuits as flavour for falooda
  3. As needed Vermicelli
  4. as neededDry fruits
  5. 1-2 tbsBasil seeds

Steps

20to 30min
  1. 1

    In a pan Bring 1L milk to boil and then add sugar and milkmaid to it

  2. 2

    In a separate container boil water and add vermicelli and basil seeds.

  3. 3

    As the milk boils, off the gas and cool the milk then add the kesar Pista mix dry fruit and let it cool.

  4. 4

    Then in a serving mug or a glass. First add vermicell and basil seeds then add the kesar Pista mix milk and then add vanilla or pista flavoured ice-cream on top. Sprinkle pista and basil seeds. Cool Kesar Pista falooda is ready to serve.
